YMSL IN THE HOUSE!
Caption: Members of the Saturday crew from the Young Men’s Service League.
.
This past weekend saw several young men and their moms joining in service for the tiny home village program. Young men under sixteen years of age helped LIHI with sorting foodstuffs and other goods for the villages. Young men 16 and older and their moms helped build and tilt up two tiny homes.

This weekend was part of their annual major project. They will be back with us on the weekend of March 3rd and 4th, and they will be helping in the villages for two weekends as well. By the end of their service, they will have a greater understanding of why the tiny home village program works so well.

THIS WEEKEND
This weekend brings more fun and excitement to The Hope Factory. We will have our third Eagle Scout project in the Paint Department on Saturday. On Sunday at a special time (11:30 am – 3 pm) a delegation from Spokane will be joining us to learn how to use the jig system. They will then take their knowledge along with our zip file for our construction system back to Spokane to start their own tiny home village program. Team Leaders are especially needed on Sunday. Thanks in advance for signing up.

THANKS EPIPHANY CHURCH
This week Epiphany Church had a substantial fundraiser for three organizations trying to end homelessness, one of which was us. Your church has come faithfully every month to build, and we appreciate you including us in your fundraiser. Thank you!

FUNNY, NOT FUNNY
This is a recent cartoon in the Seattle Times.
